1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tango Cards ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tango Cards is a mobile application that provides curated question card packs designed to facilitate meaningful conversations. The App offers both free and premium content accessible through in-app purchases.

3. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any content within the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

4. Premium Subscriptions

The App offers premium subscription plans that provide access to additional question packs and features. Subscriptions are managed through third-party payment processors (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).

4.1 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store or Play Store settings
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

4.2 Free Trial

If offered, free trial periods will be clearly disclosed. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

5. User Content

The App allows you to view question cards. You are solely responsible for any content you create or share while using the App. You agree not to use the App to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and question cards, are owned by Tango Cards or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Apple App Store and Google Play Store for in-app purchases
• RevenueCat for subscription management

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TANGO CARDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tango Cards, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tango Cards operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
